James Bozajian Delivers El Gran Matador Award

In November, Calabasas City Councilmember James Bozajian traveled to Fresno for the retirement celebration of California Supreme Court Justice Marvin Baxter. At the celebration, he presented the CCCA El Gran Matador award to the master of ceremonies, former California Governor, George Deukmejian.
