Honoring Outgoing President Lou La Monte, Mayor, City of Malibu

hosted by the City of Malibu


SB 786, the CCCA-sponsored bill on preventing overconcentration of alcohol and drug addiction recovery facilities, has been set for a Senate hearing on April 19th. In order to properly represent our bill, it is imperative that our President, Legislative Chair, and Executive Director be present in Sacramento for the hearing.  To fully accommodate this need, we are rescheduling the Board meeting to the 20th of April.  We recognize the complexity of changing dates and graciously request your understanding as we delay the process to fully guarantee both legislative representation and a successful event
DONATIONS: In lieu of proclamations or plaques, please consider honoring President La Monte by donating towards the Meals on Wheels West. Visit for more information. PAYMENT: Complimentary dinner for City Council Members, City Managers and Administrators, City Attorneys, City Clerks and one Associate Member.
Non-CCCA Members, Spouses and Guest will be more welcome, however, it is requested that you be prepared to purchase dinner tickets at the door for $35 per person. All payments will be accepted at the door. Cash or Checks only! Checks should be made payable to “City of Malibu”.
PARKING: Very Important! Carpooling is strongly encouraged. Limited parking of $10 is available at the event site. Overflow parking with shuttle service to the Adamson House is available at Malibu City Hall, 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu, CA.
